Our Mission

Our philosophy is to train each athlete to be their best through an intentional and aggressive approach. Our Instructors are the best of the best, and each athlete truly becomes part of the family.

We are Northern California’s professional baseball Instruction and training authority. We welcome athletes ages 9 and up to practice and enhance their abilities regardless of the sport they play.

SAC features an indoor facility providing 26,000 square feet of thoughtfully planned training space, with 17 hitting tunnels including five 70′ pitching tunnels outfitted for both righties and lefties to comfortably take position in the batter’s box, and 6,000 sq ft of gym space. In addition, 6,700 square feet of turf-covered outdoor area gives us extra space for a variety of training exercises when weather permits.
